Until I get a good idea of what application numbers look like for majors in BB2020 I want to make sure we don't have some teams having to play 4 games while others only need to play 1 or 2 to qualify. This year we will still strive to have a total of 16 (unless 8 makes more sense) but won't necessarily divide things equally. Historically each of the 4 qualifier groupings would have 4 qualifiers. This set of qualifiers will be completely open this year as we see how total applicants go so Specialty is really just an Open group for teams that don't fit elsewhere.
